Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rise health and wellness app (“Rise,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Rise, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of September 27, 2026.

By using Rise, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use Rise. Some features may require additional permissions or a paid subscription.

Rise is intended for individual users who can lawfully agree to these Terms. You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use Rise. A specific minimum age will be confirmed before App Store submission and reflected here. Rise asks for your date of birth during onboarding to personalize guidance and is not intended for use by young children.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

Rise is a health and wellness application intended for informational, tracking, and organizational purposes. It is not a medical professional or healthcare provider and should not be represented as providing diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency medical services.

Rise does not provide medical advice. Information and suggestions in Rise, including those from Peachy and other features, are general and informational. Always seek qualified professional care for medical questions.

Rise is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately rather than relying on Rise.

Peachy and other AI-powered features generate responses using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are supportive companions, not professionals. Do not rely on them for diagnosis or treatment decisions, and avoid submitting information you do not want processed by an AI feature.

Nutrition estimates (including those from food photos), meal plans, recipes, and fitness suggestions are approximate and informational. They may not account for your individual needs or allergies fully. Consult a qualified professional, such as a registered dietitian, for personalized guidance.

Medication reminders are a convenience tool based on information you enter and do not replace medical instructions or a prescribed schedule. Always follow your healthcare provider’s directions and confirm dosing with a professional.

Cycle tracking features are based on the information you log and provide estimates only. They are not a form of contraception or a guarantee of fertility status, and predictions may be inaccurate. Consult a healthcare professional for reproductive health questions.

You are responsible for the content you create or share in Rise, including community posts and comments. You retain ownership of your content but grant Rise the rights needed to operate and display it within the service.

Townhall is a supportive space. Be respectful and honest. Content you post may be visible to other Rise users under your @username.

You may not use Rise to post abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or illegal content; to violate others’ privacy; to spread medical misinformation; to promote self-harm or eating disorders; or to misuse the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Rise may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and availability are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through applicable stores or payment providers.

We may offer free trials or promotional access. Eligibility and terms are shown at the time of the offer. Trial eligibility rules apply per account.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period through the applicable store or payment provider, until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the applicable store or subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current period.

Refunds are generally handled by the applicable store or payment provider according to its policies. Rise does not control store refund decisions.

Rise Points (RP) are a loyalty metric with no monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may adjust, cap, or modify RP programs at any time.

Rise may grant complimentary premium access for support, promotions, or other reasons. Such access is separate from store subscriptions and may be revoked or expire. It does not modify your store subscription.

Rise, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Rise for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Rise relies on third-party providers (such as Base44, RevenueCat, Stripe, AI providers, and mapping services). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers, and their terms apply to their services.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You can stop using Rise at any time.

You can delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through external stores or providers. See our Privacy Policy for what is deleted and what may remain.

Rise is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use Rise at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, Rise and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or health information, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the relevant period.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the app owner is established. The specific governing-law jurisdiction will be confirmed before App Store submission and reflected here.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Rise after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
